This Garage Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this _____day of ___________, 20___, (the “Effective Date”) by and between ___________ (the “Landlord”) and ___________ (the “Tenant”).
The Landlord rents to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord, the premises located at ________________. The premises will be used for the purpose of storing personal property, specifically _______________.
The initial term of this Agreement will begin on ____________, and will continue until _____________. Thereafter, the Agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis until either Landlord or Tenant terminate this Agreement with written notice.
Tenant agrees to pay $______ per month, due on the 1st day of each calendar month.

If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations, Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to Tenant.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of _________.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and there are no other promises, conditions, understandings or other agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
